• Artist Statement

  My poem shows the frustration a person can through when they've worked so hard on something, only for it to be taken away by someone else. The one passion that you thought you were the best at, gets stolen by a person who's naturally gifted. The only escape from the competition, is writing.

• Creative Statement

  It helps me express my emotions freely with no restrictions. You can do so much with writing by manipulating words to fit with your imagination. You can make your thoughts a reality just by writing.
