I wrote this song for my girlfriend. The lyrics just came out as I thought about her one day driving home from school. When I got home, I wrote down what I was thinking, in the order of my thoughts. I sat at my keyboard and the music just came out. I never wrote down the actual score, but I played the song at the performing arts showcase, and I have written down the lyrics.

Being able to express my creativity has allowed me to better understand myself and the experiences in my life. I have been able to explore my thoughts and emotions through art. The best way I express myself is through singing and writing. I have found I am most powerful with a pen and my voice.
