The Whole World Passes By: This is a reflection of my hope that I could be one of those good people out there who would stop for those the world has tread on, looked over, beat down; but when I feel that way, that someone would also do the same for me.
Unchanging: A strangely hopeful poem about how the essence of someone never goes away despite the struggles of life; it simply morphs along with us as we grow. It's about trying to "find myself," only to realize I've been there all along.

Exploring and expressing my creativity, especially through music and writing, at times was the only way I could look what I was dealing with in the eye; to process what was happening to me and around me. I can only hope that my work would help others do the same.
