I feel like in the past couple of years, music has become such an important thing to me, both listening to music and playing an instrument, so for this, I wanted to try something new and write a song and compose parts for multiple instruments. I wrote this song for a close friend of mine and an experience that she went through, and I hope I've captured the emotions that she and others who went through so that people can relate.

Expressing my creativity can serve as an outlet if I'm frustrated or bored, and being able to get emotions and thoughts out through different types of art helps the managing of those things in a hopefully healthy way.
