• Artist Statement

  This art piece was a step out of my comfort zone since this is something I haven't worked with before. I made this piece by sketching out a shoe and pouring blue and red watercolor on top. I then outlined the shoe in a pen wherever the water was covering the lining. This piece was inspired by a pair of shoes I own which all of my friends signed at the end of my sophomore year.

  Creativity to me is expressive and expression. Creativity is expressive because you can express yourself through art in many ways, and expression because different art can give off different expressions.
