This is a pencil drawing of my cat, I wanted to use a bit of a silly photo and make it look a little bit more serious than it was initially. The black and white realistic drawing is funny when compared to the original reference of my cat with a scrunchie around his face.

I think creativity is sometimes about taking established things and warping them in new ways, not just coming up with something entirely new. I think that manipulating something familiar to convey a new meaning can be more impactful because of the subversion of what the viewer expects.
