My sister and I have always loved to sing together. We would sing in the car, at home, and at family gatherings. When we were younger, we would dream of one day recording a duet together. That dream finally came true when we recorded a song called "Die Schwestern" (The Sisters). The creative process of recording "Die Schwestern" was an amazing experience. We started by brainstorming ideas for the song. We wanted to find a song that was meaningful to us and that would showcase our voices well. After a few days of brainstorming and discussing with our vocal teacher, we landed on "Die Schwestern." The song is about the special bond between sisters and its ups and downs. Once we had the song selected, we worked together on every aspect of the song, from the beginning to the end. The recording we created was meaningful to us, showcased our voices well and sounded amazing. We also won first place at the VOCE State competition. The creative process of recording "Die Schwestern" was an amazing experience that I will cherish forever. It was a chance for me to bond with my sister over our shared love of music and to create something truly special together. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have recorded this song with her.
