Life is messy and trying to make sense of the messiness is even messier. My artwork emphasizes the meaning behind finding comfort in not knowing (the unknown), while embracing whatever life throws your way. In this artwork, there isn't a clear answer as to what is being represented, but amidst the chaos there is beauty. Within the painting, it's seen a beautiful peacock is emerging, embracing the colors and chaos surrounding it. While the gold foil and mini gems represent the little shiny things in life that add their own meaningful touch of magic. The colors and the abstract design throughout the painting represent bold, vulnerable, and confusing feelings that we as humans are so familiar with. When I look at my artwork, I find comfort in the utter chaos, almost relating to the lack of uniformity in a way. The colors and shapes make me feel a mix of contrasting emotions and I experience a depth of raw authentic happiness. My artwork forces you to focus on the bigger picture, the "messiness", in life and the painting, is a work of art and meant to be. All the little components make the piece raw and authentic, allowing you to find happiness in the little moments.

To me, creativity means making use of diverse elements to put together something meaningful. Creativity as a feeling means the world to me because it makes up a large part of my identity. Being creative is my outlet of innovation and is what drives my inspiration.
