This is the second piece in a larger project, and represents a reflection on the events portrayed by the first piece. The protagonist is lost in their thoughts, entranced by something that is entirely new to them. This contemplative quality is conveyed through swirling and surreal synth arpeggios and drifting and repetitive guitar motifs. - The opening section mainly serves to connect the piece to the project’s overall narrative. It references a melody that is used frequently throughout the project before introducing its own melody. After this, the arpeggiating synth line comes in, which stays through to the very end and does the most to give the piece its spiraling feel. Various parts also use effect modulation and EQ to build and release tension as the piece moves forward. The middle section alternates between two major chords while variations of the central melodic phrase are repeated in the guitar’s part. During this section, there is also an accompanying guitar line that comes in and out a couple of times to accent and play off of the melody. Finally, the end changes course to follow a downwards chord progression which makes use of suspended chords to enhance the feeling of being completely immersed in thought.

Creativity has always had a significant presence in my life; I can't remember a time when I wasn't drawn to creating things, whether that meant composing music, drawing, writing, making games, or other mediums. I would describe it, as a trait, simply as the ability to create something original.
