• Artist Statement

  I made this piece for two reasons, the first being to get more practice with watercolor and the second showing my original characters interact with each other. All three of these characters exist at different times during their story. The actions of the two characters at the ends of the piece directly create the story of the middle character. The string symbolizes how these characters are connected in those actions. My original characters and their stories are vary important to me.

• Creative Statement

  Throughout my life, I have had to bottle up my emotions to take a more mature approach to things. However, my artwork allows me to have a healthy way to let out those emotions. It also allows me to share my stories more vital.
