Inclusion Evolution: the concept of interconnectedness, featuring colorful and intricate circles to represent a tree's annual growth rings. The metaphor of a tree's annual growth rings is a concept that beautifully illustrates the intricate and continuous journey of evolution and change. Each year in a tree's life is depicted through alternating light and dark rings, a symbolic representation of the passage of time, experiences, and the ceaseless cycle of growth. The dark rings, typically representing the slower growth during the winter months, metaphorically symbolize challenges and periods of introspection and consolidation. Conversely, the light rings, indicative of the rapid summer growth, symbolize times of prosperity, learning, and expansion. This interplay between light and dark encapsulates the essence of evolution—a balanced dance between struggle and growth, learning and adapting. It underscores that growth and evolution are not isolated phenomena but are deeply interwoven into the fabric of the larger ecosystem.
