• Artist Statement

  Although I am somewhat fearful of arachnids, I find the Black Widow spider fascinating. To match the color of hourglass located on abdomen of the focal point, I chose to draw roses as my repeating pattern. Furthermore, the green stems of the roses allow for a festive combination of color as Christmas is right around the corner. Lastly, I chose to paint my background to the most majestic color I have ever laid my eyes on upon.

  Creativity means the immense potential of the human mind. We are capable of thinking of almost anything and we are able to go through with those ideas.
