This piece displays my heritage, my inside self and outside self. I included elements of the beach which showcases my love of the ocean and my connection to water. I also included lot's of bright colors that show my outside and inside self. An important element is the shattered mirror which portrays how like everyone my life is not perfect but there is beauty in the imperfections. The lemons and the blue tile patterns display my Italian heritage, showing my value system and my Italian appearance. My art piece is titles Perspective because I include my inside and outside self, both are from different perspectives but they both display who I am as a person.

Creativity means expressing yourself in unique ways. To use materials to convey messages. Creativity is letting loose, not following rules, and just creating, listening to your heart, and making whatever feels right.
