This art piece has gone through three variations with three different focal points, but I ended up using the pineapple last second. The reason why I chose the pineapple is because I had an epiphany while eating my favorite fruit. The longest process for me was figuring out what to do on the lime green lines. Originally, they were going to be striped lines with two colors I kept experimenting with, but it just felt like it was too busy with the rest of the art.

In my opinion, creativity means taking risks and going outside of the norm to create a product that is visually appealing.
