Two Poems: Landscape of Youth and Magnetism

• Artist Statement

  Magnetism is about the draw and pull of attraction and Landscape of Youth is about the pain and devastation of bad memories. I find writing poetry to be calming after a stressful day at school or other activity. I am generally artistic (I paint, draw and animate), but with poetry, the words sometimes just flow out of me, seeming unconsciously. I love words and language and I find the process of creating an artistic vision through language to be beautiful.
