coming to terms with dread

My artwork is centered around the loneliness and sense of escapism that I and many others my age face on a daily basis. While it’s easy to feel and experience emotions of all kinds, it’s considerably harder to put such intricate thoughts into words that can be read and understood by everyone. I mostly focus on the the highest points of tension and passion while writing in order to have a strong structure to work around when having to fill in the blanks between said moments of intensity. I don’t believe in creative works being restricted to convey only one type of sentiment so I always try to show somewhat of a variety of feelings in whatever I write so the reader never feels trapped in one mental echo-chamber.

Creativity to me means to create anything using inspiration from what’s available to you to produce your own work of art. No matter what project you make, using your own interpretations and ideas to create something is incredible and should be recognized as commendable.
