• Artist Statement

  Dr. Salty was born out of the desire to create an engaging comedy film that was also full of action-packed sequences. This short film was created from concept to finished film in a two-week time span. We used our limited access to resources to our advantage, by creating our own style of props and set pieces made of cardboard and stock paper, to give our heist movie a light-hearted but artistic setting.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity is the transformation of my unique ideas and stories into something perceivable by all. I chose film as my artistic medium because I’ve always had a passion for cinema, teamwork, and spreading perspective. Change doesn’t happen without new ideas, and those new ideas stem from one thing only, creativity.
