• Artist Statement

  The painting features a girl seated on the earth, playing a flute, looking up at the night sky, alive with stars, planets, and the Milky Way. The girl is at peace, connected to something bigger than herself. Although the music is silent in space, it resonates and ripples throughout the universe. There’s something powerful in the idea that music can reach beyond us, that art and creativity can make us feel part of something vast and beautiful. I hope this painting invites people to pause and remember that wonder, that feeling of being small and significant all at once, and how the world around us, even in its quietest moments, holds a kind of cosmic magic.

• Creative Statement

  I often find myself daydreaming, creating ideas in my head that sometimes don’t make it to the paper. To me, creativity means to follow your imagination and instinct to bring your ideas to life.
