My artwork is is based off of a picture I took of my backyard, the way the moon shone really captivated me and I felt I had to paint it. It’s a painting of the moon one night in my backyard it uses mainly cool tones with a lot of black on the canvas. I started with a dark blue wash as the base and then began painting the night.

Creativity is being able to make something in a way that speaks to yourself or other people. It’s not just being able to make something entirely new but to create based off yourself, how you’re feeling, and your surroundings.
