• Artist Statement

  The art piece ”New Horizons” that I created, pictures several hot air balloons rising in the sky. Below the group of people in the balloons is a city bordered by a lake and large mountains. The reason I chose this sort of imagery was to evoke feelings of freedom, adventure and discovery, as the people in the sky who were previously living on the ground are now able to expand their horizons and view the world from a new perspective.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity to me is a way of life, it brings me joy and allows me to express myself freely. It allow me to destress and also energize myself at the same time. The ability to think of what i like and put it on paper is amazing.
