This painting is inspired by my trip to Sokcho, South Korea, while visiting my family. Through this piece, I wanted to highlight the natural harmony of Sokcho by painting the ocean and advances in infrastructure, showing human developments targeted to improve efficiency. In addition, the color and brush strokes are aimed to reflect the peaceful yet vibrant energy of the city, inviting the viewer to appreciate the balance of nature and technology.
