• Artist Statement

  When completing my artwork, I tried to come up with something that I enjoyed doing but was also simple. I find spiders actually quite fascinating, that some can be so fragile but also so deadly. I chose the black widow because their one of the most poisonous in California, and I just find them so beautiful.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity, to me, means that you can step outside a simple box that most are confined in, and that you can continue to use creativity to create. To create is to put your heart and soul into the work you produce, and have genuine meaning behind what you create / produce.
