In this piece, I painted two deep-sea divers venturing into a surreal, almost otherworldly environment. I wanted to capture the tension between discovery and danger, blending the serenity of the ocean with a chaotic, almost nightmarish atmosphere. I tried to constrast the vivid blues of the water with the fiery reds and oranges, to a sense of conflict between the beauty of exploration and the lurking unknown. As I worked, I focused on layering details that make the scene feel alive yet unsettling—otherworldly creatures, skeletal figures, and a distorted landscape that hints at the divers stepping into a reality far from their own.

Creativity, to me, means a way to express your thoughts and ideas in unique ways. The process of creating is showing your most vulnerable sides to everyone, and telling a story in the process.
