I’ve always liked singing and it’s something that I try to do every day to express myself through songs I like. The reason I chose to sing Video Games by Lana Del Rey is because I remember I saw it on an online list as being one of the hardest songs to sing due-to its unique vocal style and range. When I saw that, I decided I wanted to challenge myself by doing my best to learn and perform this song. My favorite way to sing songs is a capella because I feel like that gives me more of a creative approach to singing a song since without music in the background, I have the ability to hold certain notes longer or to sing in a slightly different key, which is why I chose to do my performance of Video Games a capella.

Creativity is a way to express yourself through something you enjoy doing. For me, my main outlet of creativity is singing. I find it to be a way to express my emotions when I do not know what to say.
