• Artist Statement

  I went over the summer to the botanical gardens and wanted to photograph the bees that were flying around. I also wanted to use a shallower depth of field to add something more to the image, with the difference between the in focus and out of focus parts.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity as it relates to photography for me is being able to capture moments and pieces from the world around me, hopefully in imaginative ways.
