I hold a great love for the bay area, its people, and its physical landscapes. Once a year there's a particularly special time for me. Early to mid November is one of my favorite times to not just see and photograph these landscapes & plants, but my favorite times to be here. It goes against the typical stereotype of California being dry. I love the look of our hills, and think they look best in green opposed to their typical golden-brown. Ferns flourish in this weather and cover the ground, and water saturates the environment for each and every piece of our ecosystem. The typical morning dew turns to morning rain, and everything has an aquatic shine to it. It's these feelings of the sight, sound, and smell in this season that I love. I hope that my photography accurately conveys that feeling of the Bay Area in Autumn or Winter.

Perspective is the essence of creativity to me. To be able to capture a feeling, sight, sound or anything else from different perspectives. Whether this be literal or figurative, a new perspective can completely change the meaning of a piece of art.
