I would like the viewers to have so content on what this work is truly about so, I focus on emotions within my art. This specifically was about how disgusting women can go in order to be perfect. Each object in this work ties into the theme, including the pills and pill bottle used for recovery after cosmetic procedures along with the scissors, needle and glove to show what comes with such surgeries. I used the phone to push how important the validation of social media can be. As for the background I did an operating room with the lights. I used these specific colors including green, blue, red and orange to help set the mood or the art. When discussing techniques I used, I tend to focus on hyper realism along expressions to capture such difficult emotion.

When thinking about what creativity means, I think of expressing my thoughts and emotions putting them into something to see. It’s truly a freedom to explore and express new ideas the way words cannot. Creativity is unlimited, letting me transfer my ideas which helps me understand the world more clearly.
