This painting represents the social injustice women lived in during the past. Which the U.S constitution hand in the back we the people is ment was saying we are all equal when in reality there has been a clear power dynamics between gender. Abigail Addams was said to be smarter than her husband and was richer but only for being a woman her intelligence was overlooked and her wealth was not ment for her. I wrote qoutes to represents how many women have asked for equal and rejected because many men choose their power and control over a woman being seen as equal.
