Anyone else just sees some girl, but when I looked through the lens of my camera that day, I saw the girl who I've grown up with for the past 7 years. I saw the girl who I've laughed and cried with the hardest. I saw the girl who made the Bay feel like my home. I saw the girl who I get to call my best friend. Sometimes the beauty of an artwork doesn't come from the composition, moment, or lighting, but simply from the person it captures, and what they represent to you.

Creativity to me is fearless. It's the part of one that doesn't have any considerations for what others might think, and is solely there to satisfy the soul. It's the connection between one's mind and heart, and how that gets communicated to the outside world.
