Ghosts of the Pier

I drove down to Pacifica at 12:30 am driving in and out of neighborhoods looking for a cool subject to shoot. After about an hour of searching, I drove past a pier. Out of my window, I saw fishermen, trash, and pedestrians walking down the pier. I parked and got out, setting up my tripod to take a long exposure. I lined up the camera in an attempt to catch a long exposure of this couple walking down the pier as the fishermen stood patiently by their rods. I also thought that the trash scattered in the foreground added to the image, as-well as the lights in the back.

Creativity means experimenting and trying new ways to express yourself. It means not sticking to what is familiar, it means taking the risk of trying something new. Using mediums like a camera or a paint brush to express your emotions and feelings. Thats what creativity means to me.
