• Artist Statement

  The Photo I captured is a calm beauty of the mountains as the sun rise, creating a warm golden glow across the background. I took this picture to show how peaceful nature can be when early in the morning. I wanted to focus on the balance between light and shadow, and how the first bit of sunlight can bring the landscape to life before the sun comes up .
