• Artist Statement

  This piece discusses the growing usage of unregulated, fitness supplements amongst today's youth (specifically, Gen Z) as a result of social media pressure. Although the piece is written in a non-traditional, blog format, it still serves the same purpose as a critical essay. The author draws upon personal experience and scientific knowledge to address the confusion many younger and newer gym-goers face around their workout routine.

• Creative Statement

  When we discuss avant garde artists, we agree that they are creative; they offer up new perspectives, approaches, or techniques to their fields. As much as people claim creativity is a talent, it is also produced through experimentation and keen observation that no one else has realized before.
