• Artist Statement

  I wrote this poem to dig up a failed friendship I hid behind myself. To atone for a mistake, I blamed him, someone who just wanted a friend and someone to confide in. The longer I sat alone with my thoughts, the blame shifted to myself: the girl looking for anyone to pin but herself.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity means to show others how you see the world. Creativity is expressing what you cannot say or do in a few seconds, but rather showing people the beauty of your mind and a never ending river of ideas to paint the world. Creativity is freedom.
