This piece I made is a drawing in memory of my cat, KitKat, who had passed away. It shows me holding an old photo I took back in 2024, where I held KitKat in my arms. The moment in the photo is more than just an old memory but also an important part of my life where I had another family member who gave me warmth and safety. In the drawing, I hold out the picture in the same exact spot where the photo was originally taken, showing the present-day scene. Although I am holding up the photo, it shows how I'm still holding onto the memory of the cat and me. This piece shows that although KitKat is now gone, he still holds a special place in my heart.
