Something I’d like people to know about my art work is that I put in a lot of thought and effort into my art work. I’d also like to mention that my painting talks about the economical struggles of Mexico and how I was able to compare the process of rocks to Mexico and their financial problems and how that had pushed my parents away from there, seeking for a better life for their children. The broken peso in my art is supposed to represent Mexico’s as well as my parents financial problems when they were in Mexico.

Creativity to me means to be able to do something that you can take credit for and be able to make an artistic piece of work with your own ideas. To add on, to me it means that you have the ability to use your imagination to generate new ideas.
