• Artist Statement

  Society heavily influences the decisions we execute in our lives, even if it doesn’t align with what’s truly in our hearts. The possibility of being criticized and perceived by society fuels an undeniable fear of going against traditional norms. This design illustrates the built-up inner resentment towards society dictating our own future—rather than ourselves. This resentment however turns into power as one recognizes their ability to go against societal expectations—realizing that they have the strength to dictate their own future and create their own path. Ultimately, one is not fearing society’s criticisms but rather embracing individualism.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity means expressing my identity and individuality through art forms such as graphic design, whilst encouraging self-evolution towards viewers of my art. I strive to use my creativity to help change people's mindsets about themselves and their overall outlook on life.
