I created Music and Emotions because I wanted to demonstrate how music can help you navigate challenges and overcome them. This work highlights themes of mental health and the essential role of music as a form of self-expression. I chose blue to represent the calmness that music can bring to you. I created this sculpture because I wanted to combine two things I love: hands-on art and music. I first started with chicken wire to make the person's shape, then used different fabrics, cut them up, and used them to cover the metal. Music helps me with lots of things, including my mental health. Music can be an outlet for emotions, a way to connect to others, and inspire other artists.

For me, creativity is the power of self-expression. Being able to express whatever you feel or convey any message you want is a very powerful thing you can do simply by using your mind then putting it in any art form.
