Perennial is a collection of poems illustrating different moments in a narrator's life. From birth to death, they are connected to nature, memories, and connection. Perennial was a way for me to show moments from my own childhood, as well as my thoughts on death and the cycle that restarts afterwards.

Creativity has always been an outlet for me to process thoughts and emotions that don't initially make sense. Through turning them into art, whether it be writing, drawing, or something else entirely, I am able to make sense of my own mind and transform it into something beautiful.
