I took this photo in Maui, Hawaii on the beach during the sunset. I originally was going to take pictures of solely the sunset, but the sunset wasn’t very interesting. I noticed what was presumably a mother and son talking right in front of it, and I figured it would be a good picture to take. I felt the 2 speaking to eachother added more meaning to the photo rather than just a plain sunset.

To me, creativity in photography is about seeing past what is in front of you, and finding meaning in what you see. An image could seem boring to some, but depending on your perspective, it could be much more creative than you think.
