• Artist Statement

  "The Obscurity" captures the sensation of living in fragments, woven in the scene but not embraced by it. The leaves wrap around the body in a way that feels both tender and isolating, like the way people try to blend in the environments when they don’t quite fit. It is for the people that express the silence of standing on the edge of a room, a friend group, a conversation, a life stage. “The Obscurity” speaks for anyone who has ever felt blurred at the borders of their own world, drifting just out of focus as everything else sharpens without them.
