• Artist Statement

  My photo is of an SFPD officer stationed at a protest in San Francisco. I saw him sitting in his car, surrounded by mobs of people, deep in thought. It intrigued me because it seemed that he couldn’t care less about what ever was going on around him and was in his own head. I took the photo as to be ambiguous about what was going on in his head. To let the viewer imagine that for themselves.

  Creativity means to me, being able to express yourself and things around you in a way that you want to without any constraints or restrictions. Being able to be free to do what you want to do.
