This photo was taken at the "No Kings Day" protests in San Francisco. It shows a crowd of people who are seriously not happy with the idea of kings, or really anything undemocratic. Their signs spell it out, calling for democracy instead. What I was trying to do here is capture the energy of a group of people coming together to speak their minds. It's about freezing a moment in time when people are actively pushing for change and making their voices heard. I want people to see it and think about how powerful it is when everyone gets together for something they believe in.

Creativity, for me, is seeing something no one else does and then finding a way to show it. It's taking what's in your head and making it real, even if it's weird or different. It's like you're not just copying what's already there but creating something new, something that's you.
