• Artist Statement

  In this photograph, I wanted to capture the quiet world that exists just beneath our feet—an everyday scene most people walk past without noticing. By focusing closely on the blades of grass, I tried to show how even simple, familiar things can feel alive and full of movement when you take the time to really look at them. The crossing lines and soft greens reminded me that nature is always in motion, even in its stillness. As a high school student, I’m learning to see beauty in small details, and this image reflects my attempt to slow down and observe the calm, hidden patterns around me.

It’s not about perfection but exploration, connection, and expressing what feels true.
