• Artist Statement

  I had started this piece as a short story and a way to express what it felt like being a second option or feeling the need to compare yourself to others. Since this short piece, I have written two novels showcasing other internal struggles and have started my third one. My goal is to make people feel seen through my fictional characters and let them know that they are not alone with whatever they may be struggling with.

• Creative Statement

  Creativity to me means allowing a person to be free and express themselves without any restrictions or judgement.
