| The Alameda Free Library invites readers of all ages to attend Alameda Book Con (ABC) 2026, a community literary event celebrating local authors and creators. Spend the day meeting Bay Area writers, exploring author exhibits, and enjoying activities centered on storytelling and the written word. It's a great opportunity to discover local talent and connect with the region's vibrant literary community.

| The Queer Ancestors Project’s UNDER PRESSURE exhibition and community print party is back, showcasing the work of emerging Queer and Trans artists.
In addition to the exhibition, attendees can enjoy free empanadas from Doña Aida, browse a print sale supporting participating artists, and bring their own T-shirt to receive a free screen print featuring artwork from the exhibition. Join the celebration of creativity, community, and emerging artistic talent.

| The SFJAZZ High School All-Stars program provides talented Bay Area high school musicians with advanced training, mentorship, and performance opportunities. Participants receive access to SFJAZZ concerts, clinics with professional jazz artists, and performances at the SFJAZZ Center and festivals throughout the region.

| The ICA San José is partnering with Downtown Yoga Shala to offer a series of free yoga classes in the museum’s main gallery. Held monthly throughout the summer and fall, these 1-hour sessions invite participants to practice yoga while surrounded by the ICA’s rotating exhibitions.
RSVPs are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. A limited number of mats are available on site.
