My idea while creating this piece was to try and use multiple art techniques.
As Time Passes By
My artwork expresses the time that fly’s by too fast, and using cherry blossoms, I illustrated the abscission of the petals and the ground visualizing that when they reach the bottom, the wilt which gives a mysterious and magical effect to it.

The theme of this work is chasing a perfect self, the one we humans hide behind on social media.

When beginning a new piece I often latch onto a particular feeling that I feel is profound and then try to visualize it the best I can.
