• Artist Statement

  ”The Mind’s Embrace” is inspired by knowledge and how it affects you. The subject looks down on the viewer, but is ignorant to the danger behind her. Her ego blinds her, but her wisdom puts her on a pedestal. I used dreamy colors to render the subject to create an ethereal, underwater look and to express feminine beauty.
