Nina Simone is my favorite musical artist, her music is amazingly invigorating and moving. Her lyrics are also eerily applicable to today’s society so I thought it would suit to do a portrait of her.

Creativity to me is the ability to create art that stimulates ideas and pushes the walls of normality. It’s a spark inside the head that looks different for everybody but it’s shown in the trillions of different artworks that exist in the world today.
