Bleeding Summer, Pomegranate Skin, When I'm gone

(1) I was inspired by a period of sadness when my classmate passed away in the summer of 2025. In the process of mourning I wrote Bleeding Summer where I dedicated the poem of his mother's point of view of summer. (2) Pomegranate Skin was for teenage girls exploited sexually in relationships and just like a pomegranate's beautiful seeds it's a metaphor where a guy takes away her charms in the end. (3) When I'm gone is something special to me, as a child I moved around a lot and lost a lot of friends and great relationship with people. This was my way of expressing my loneliness but also in search of myself where I have the urge to leave something behind in hopes that someone might remember me.

Creativity is a spark of creation in a blank canvas that can't be performed without inspiration. It's a spark of fire that won't be emitted without a match. Similar to an artist needs a muse, creativity requires inspiration which is why everyone's self-expression is different from others.
