I took the reference picture for my artwork on top of a mountain in Kyoto, Japan after a long hike. When looking back on this moment, I feel a sense of calm and peace come over me. To me, this piece represents the tranquil, restful, satisfied feeling I get after completing a difficult task. I hope that viewers will also feel calm and take a deep breath of fresh air when they look at my piece.

To me, creativity means making something out of nothing, and expressing yourself through whichever medium you choose. Creativity can bring some light to a very dark world.
